Charity Golf Tournament Bad Ragaz

On Saturday, 13 June 2022, the charity tournament "Golfing with Heart" was once again successfully held at the Golf Club Bad Ragaz. "This year we were able to hand over a cheque for 150,000 Swiss francs. We are very proud that the 18th edition of the tournament has once again raised a six-figure sum for donations," says Ralph Polligkeit, Director of Golf & Sports at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz and board member of "Golfen mit Herz". Over the years, a total of more than 2.2 million Swiss francs have been raised in Bad Ragaz, all of which has gone to support children with cancer and their families in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

For the 18th edition of the tournament, 152 golfers came to the perfectly maintained course of the Golf Club Bad Ragaz last Saturday. For once, however, the pleasure of golf was only secondary for the players on this day. Instead, the day was dedicated to doing a good deed and supporting those who are prevented by illness from taking part in such events.

The successful fundraising tournament was rounded off by the evening programme at the gladys restaurant of the Bad Ragaz Golf Club. A wonderful raffle promised the guests great prizes and the great BBQ by chef Michael Pilman and his crew spoiled the guests with culinary delights. Afterwards, the Liechtenstein band Style Music provided the atmosphere and good mood.
